Introducing Daniela, our Production Manager

 Daniela Wings4U.jpg

We're happy to introduce Daniela Belén Sesma, our Production Manager. At Wings4U, she is responsible for developing & implementing internal processes, management of production, support the production team, as well as hiring. We asked Daniela some questions.

Why this role, and why Wings4U?

This is the first time that a role finds me, instead of me looking for it. A friend of mine had an interview with Wings, but he thought I’d be a better fit for the position and asked me if I’d like for him to be put in contact with the agency, so I took the plunge and here I am!

Wings was the perfect fit the moment we had our first chat, and I got to confirm it during a workshop in Prague where I met the team, I instantly felt welcomed and like I was meant to be part of the company.

Do you have any experiences worth raving about?

Working for Wings I got the opportunity to live in Asia for two months, it was scary and challenging, but I learned a lot and got to be part of a culture that was very different to mine. I loved it, and sometimes I still can’t believe it happened!

What makes you tick? What are you passionate about?

I’m very passionate about learning new things all the time. I want to experience everything, and that’s why traveling makes me so happy, getting to know new cultures and making new friends from all over the world. That’s what makes me feel alive.

What’s your favourite quote?

Be a true heart, not a follower - Ed Sheeran. I actually have it tattooed on me so I don’t forget

What’s your favourite music / bands?

As you can tell, Ed Sheeran is one of my favorite artists, but I also listen to bands like Fall Out Boy, Twenty One Pilots, and classical music when I’m trying to focus.

Which book and movie would you recommend to everyone?

Recommending books is very tricky because you have to know the other person well to see if they’d like it, but I think that The Little Prince is one of those books in which everyone can find something they relate to.

As far as movies go, I recently watched Split and it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time!

If you could go to dinner with anyone (alive or not), who would it be and why?

J.K. Rowling, because she wrote the Harry Potter books and they are a huge part of my childhood so I’d love to thank her for it.
