Introducing Sriram Aravamudhan, our Customer Success Manager

1(1)

We're happy to introduce Sriram Aravamudhan, our Customer Success Manager APAC. At Wings4U, Sriram is responsible for growing and managing relationships with key clients, such as Microsoft. This role is essential and requires a clear understanding and perspective of both sides of the client-agency relationship.

Why this role, and why Wings4U?

My professional background, for most part, has been in a customer facing role as part of different functional responsibilities. The Customer Success Manager position at Wings4U fits in perfectly into my interest, skills, and experience.

Post my last job with a multinational corporation, I wanted to have a good work life balance. My goal was to spend quality time with family as well as have the freedom to travel and work across locations. Wings4U offered me the opportunity to have a meaningful career as well as provide me the flexibility to take my work on my sojourns.

Do you have any experiences worth raving about?

I love long distance running and have participated in full marathons. I remember my first marathon which was a mix of exhilaration and despair. At one point I wanted to give up but kept pushing forward. It was a great experience of learning that the mind and positive thoughts are supremely powerful.

What makes you tick? What are you passionate about?

The belief that everything happens for the best and hope is just a step away when the chips are down. I am passionate about getting work done to the best of my efforts and ability. The positive results of the efforts will ultimately follow.

What’s your favourite quote?

Life is too wonderful to be spent worrying

What’s your favourite music / bands?

Indian classical, Kenny G, Simon and Garfunkel

Which book and movie would you recommend to everyone?

I would recommend the book Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach. I loved the book as it teaches that one should strive to learn and follow one’s passion irrespective of the many hurdles and push-backs.

If you could go to dinner with anyone (alive or not), who would it be and why?

I would love to go to dinner with Albert Einstein. It would be an honour to be next to one of the smartest humans on Earth and hopefully learn something from the great man himself.
