In early 2018, we launched our new CARE initiative where we want to celebrate the unique and varied cultures of our network of collaborators, customers, and friends around the world. By doing so, we believe that we can not only build a sense of community, but also spread awareness and understanding about cultures that are new to us.
Being on the cover of the Forbes magazines is my BIG dream come true. I am an entrepreneur by heart and so there’s nothing more exciting and fulfilling than seeing an idea becoming a reality. It also came at the great timing as we are celebrating our 10th anniversary, and for the first time ever, we are telling our story.
Wings4U was founded in 2008 and it has been ever since a 100% remote company. We are kind of a new breed of agency — where we have people all around the world who are working remotely without having offices. I like to think of us as a company born in the “cloud.” At the beginning we had to face many challenges to prove the concept, but luckily working remotely is now becoming a norm, and with the millennials coming into the picture, remote work will be a more and more attractive way of working.
